That’s right, MechWarrior returns as a free-to-play online game!

The game will be released in mid 2012, and is running on the CryEngine3. With new Urban environments, and lots of action, this could be the re-boot to the MechWarrior series.

Diablo III’s senior developer, Steve Parker, has left Blizzard potentially causing further delays on the release of the highly anticipated game.

There are many speculations as to why he left, most significantly the amount of minor changes being made to the game before it is publicly released.

The site and it’s operators have been accused of $175 million in criminal proceeds and could be facing 50+ years in prison for charges of racketeering, copyright infringement, conspiring to commit copyright infringement and money laundering.

This weeks Minecraft snapshot includes a bunch of cool new features including this jungle biome!

List of changes:

Ladders regained their collision box, and vines are climbable when they have a solid block behind them
Added jungle biome (requires a new world) with new tree and leaf types
Updated language files
Dispensers will place mobs instead of releasing the spawner egg
Zombies have new path-finding AI
Wolves have new AI and can be bred (when tame)

I am Alive is an exciting new game being developed by Ubisoft, set in the fictional American city of Haveton during a world-wide cataclysmic event. The point of the game appears to be puzzles, survival, and exploration. It’s scheduled to be released in the first quarter of this year.

There probably won’t be anything to show off besides the new hardware, but with Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft all showing off their new consoles, it’s bound to be a good show.
